Construction Costs – Phase I

4 Classrooms - Total cost $115,000

Dormitories for 60 students - Total cost $137,000

Dining Hall  and Kitchen - Total cost $106,000

Art Center - Total cost $120,000      

Infrastructure (Roads, Walkways, Fence, etc.) - Total cost $113,000 

TOTAL COST FOR PHASE I                         $591,000           

*There will be an additional 5 phases of construction to accommodate the growing needs of the school.  This will include adding additional classrooms, dormitories, a science lab, library, computer facility, and auditorium.  Each additional phase will cost approximately $500,000.  A detailed schedule for each phase can be provided upon request.
